    What are your office hours?

    Our hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are by appointment only. Give us a call or shoot us an email to schedule a meeting.

    Do you offer free initial consultation?

    Yes. We offer a 30 minutes free consultation. Contact us to discuss your situation free of charge.

    Do you offer after-hours emergency support?

    Yes. As part of our Premium Package, we offer the industry's most accessible and comprehensive support service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a 1-hour response time for all emergency incidents and requests.

    Can I visit the data center in-person?

    Our head office and data centers are not open to the public unless you have a pre-scheduled appointment. We can easily be reached by Email, Phone and Text Messaging to schedule a call, online meeting, remote support, consulting session, or request an on-site visit to discuss your technology and design needs.

    Is the information I share kept confidential?

    All information collected or disclosed within sessions is held strictly private.
